1) On occasion your radio modem, router or switch may "lock" and require a power recycling. Simply unplug the power supply, wait a few moments, then plug it back in. Depending on your computer’s operating system, you may be required to restart your computer to acquire network settings from the router.


2) Is your computer s-l-o-w? To maintain a healthy computer make sure you are running an e-mail anti-virus program and routinely updating for new virus definitions. Windows users are also reminded to keep current with free Windows updates issued routinely by Microsoft. Visit www.update.microsoft.com

 


3) Frequency issues may develop over time, causing an obstruction between your antenna and the broadcast site. New construction and foliage growth can block or reduce signal. Extreme weather conditions may move your antenna from a proper "point" to the tower. A visit to your site to re-point the antenna may be required.
