How do I view my invoices?

Customers receiving e-mailed invoices will be provided with a link to login to their account. A $3 processing fee will be applied to all USPS mailed invoices. Contact our office if you would rather switch to e-billing!

Do you have auto-pay?

Yes. Your account can be setup to process invoices automatically using your Discover, Visa, MasterCard checking or debit cards, OR provide us with your checking or savings account routing and account numbers for automatic withdrawal.


How many computers can I connect?

As many as you like! Genesis will provide you with a single Ethernet cable connection that allows you to plug directly into one computer, or into a wireless router*. *Wireless routers are available for purchase. Wireless routers distribute Internet to the computers connected to it, wired or wireless. Remember, the more devices connected to the wireless router using the connection at the same time can slow down the speed of the internet.

Am I going to lose my signal when its cloudy or rainy?

Unlike Satellite Internet, the Genesis system is ground based and therefore is not impacted by cloud coverage.
